Chocolate Cake – Debbie Abrahams

Gluten and Lactose intolerant?  This Chocolate Cake is for you
Method:
120g gluten free self raising flour (bought at Wellness Warehouse) 120g stork marg, 120g sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 2 heaped tablespoons of cocoa dissolved in hot water. Mix everything well together and bake at 160 until done (usually about 25-30mins). Dissolve 1heaped teaspoon of Nescafe granules (or any other good quality instant coffee) in 2 teaspoons of lactose free milk (not soya milk) and add this to about 8 white marshmellows and 1 teaspoon of marg. Melt in the microwave and spread over cake.

And voila…think I’ll have another piece!!!
