Health Crunchies

This is a family favourite so I make it all the time and in record time too.

You will need:
175g Butter
30ml Honey (good quality)
5ml Bicarb
500ml Rolled Oats
200ml Chopped mixed fruit & nut or just mixed nu
125ml Sesame seeds
250g Flour
150ml Sugar

Method:
Melt butter and honey in a saucepan and add bicarb. Stir until mixture starts to foam. Remove from stove and add remaining ingredients.
Place mixture in a square 23 x 23cm baking dish and bake at 180° for about 20 – 25 minutes.
Cut into 3cm squares and allow to cool. Store in an airtight container.
