Chickpea Hummus

A delicious appetizer or anytime dip which you can serve with crispy flat bread (click here for flat bread recipe).

For the hummus you will need:  1 can chickpeas, 1 clove garlic, juice of 1 lemon, 1½ Tbsp tahini, ½ tsp cumin, 2Tbsp olive oil.  Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz till smooth and creamy.  You can add a ¼ cup of chopped coriander for extra flavour.
